Hello again

Hello again.

It´s been a long time since the last time I wrote but I couldn´t find the motivation to do something because of some disorder in my family.

But.....I have been busy with a house a cousin gave to me. It´s not the house that I would have so I will give it away to my neighbours daughters after I´ve restored it a little bit.

This was the house when I got it, it had no windows at that time. 

With new paint on the outside it looks like this.

Added some wallpaper.

 And this is the house now. You can click on the foto to enlarge.

 Last saterday I have been to a craftfair with Klara. I bought quiltstuff.

Fabric, neeldes and paperhexacons. Now it must turn into a quilt. :-)

Dollshousefair and more

Klara and I went to the dollshousefair at Urk today. We had a lot of fun.....ofcourse. It was very busy. But before we went to Urk she gave me a little box and when I opend it......I saw 2 lovely little dragons in my favorite colours.

Aren´t they the cutest dragons in the world??

They will live in my 1:48 Dragonhouse. Thank you Klara....they are so cute!!!

These are my buyings. I bought a travelingcasekit and a little gardenboxkit wich will protect de flowers against the sun. (Sylvia´s Lutjeboudel) Sylvia gave me a kit for making an toy airplain.

I also bought 2 dimlights from Nalladris, hinges and my quest......a lock.

I thought it looked a bit hartshaped but I decided to buy it anyway.

Later in the day I went to a local store where they sell all kinds of stuff. The Action.

I can´t do without this store. And look what I found there.....in a little case with beads.

I´m going to drill a hole in it and make it very rusty. This is the lock that I needed!!

Now I only need two or three tramps then the sewerscene is finished. ( But these guys are hard to find)

Fence update

I wasn´t totally satisfied with the fence. So I had some sleep on it and decided it had to be changed.

So today I did a lot of carving, sanding, cutting and slashing. Did a bit of staining.....and this is the result. 

You see that I cut the fence in two. I wanted to use a chain and lock to keep it closed.

Lisette gave me that idea.

Saterday I will go to the dollshousefair and I hope to score a chain and lock. Very rusty ones.

Coathanger for little Bear.

Little Bear decided that he needed a coathanger. I asked him why? His aswer....It looks good on the wall in my house. He already wanted to start with sawing the wood. I didn´t think that it was a good idea if he

 would use my sawmachine...

                                                  ....so I gave him the saw he got from Jollie.

No little Bear.....we don´t need that much wood....

It´s finished. You see Little Bear´s happy face?!

I also made a new fence for the sewerscene.

This is the old one.....

....and this is the new one. I´m not finished yet. It needs to be painted and molested a little and I have to plant the ivy again. ;-)

Abducted by the decemberspirit.

Oh my....my last post was a long time ago.....I blame the decemberspirit who abducted me.

To busy to blog. But the new year has begun and slowly everything goes as usual. I hope you all had happy holiday´s.

I got a visit from Margriet. To my big surprise she brought Hector. I refer to Margriet´s link for the story before.

Hector and Agathe had a lot of fun. He brought her flowers and candy. What more can a girl want.

Because Agathe didn´t have a bathrobe she used a towel to cover her female forms.

She thanked Hector with a big kiss....

 ...and she took the flowers and chocolat to the bathroom.

Margriet also gave me a box of chocolat. Mmmmmm

Little Bear was so happy to see E-beertje again. E-beertje also had presents for little Bear. A beautifull birdcage (very tiny) and a crown. Now little Bear thinks he´s king of the house.....I think not!! :-)

  

Thank you Margriet.....the gifts are lovely.

   

E-beer and little Bear eat a lot of  "oliebollen" (things we eat at New year´s eve)

I hope E-beer didn´t get a stomach ache.

Last thuesday I visited Klara and we made cupcakes, muffins and little fruittarts

We also made some bread.

For my birthday she gave me this Christmastree.

Thanks Klara.....I love it.

My boyfriend gave me this  magnifying lamp. Very usefull....especially for me :-)

Jolly send me this Christmas wreath. It now hangs on Harrison and Lara´s door

This beautifull angel was send to me by Jolande.

It found its place in the Christmas house.

Thanks girls....for these lovely gifts.

Bags and wateringcans

Klara visited my house today. It turned out that we both didn´t feel like making miniatures but we tried to make the best out of it.

Klara gave me a lot stuff for my Christmashouse. A house to make a gingerbreadhouse and the stuff to put on the house. A Christmastree wich she made from paper and a sleigh. (Thanks Klara.) I will make a poinsettia for the sleigh.

This is the house Klara already made. It´s 3cm. Doesn´t it look great?

We made a bag and a watering can.

Klara made the bag with the flowers and the white can.

I also purchased some mice from Nella 

They are so cute and they will also go in my Christmashouse.

Little Bear wanted to show everything.  :-)

Beware of the witch

A warm welcome to my newest followers and also a hello to everyone else who visits my blog.

I hope you will enjoy my makings.

I finally finished my witch, wich I started knitting a few days before halloween. She is a friendly one.

Klara and I also made some furniture for our little houses.

Klara made a sink and I made a cabinet with doors open for the bedroom.

Here it´s painted. I also repainted the bed. Didn´t like the colour anymore.  :-)

Why do dragons need sofa´s??

To all my new followers I want to say: Welcome and thank you for joining. I hope you have a lot of fun watching my blog.

Well....dragons need sofa´s to sleep on, ofcourse. The two dragons I made are very demanding. One wanted a sofa but he hasn´t laid on it yet. The other one wanted a desk??? Why you ask?? I really can´t tell you. But it was fun to make lol

Chair and cabinet....finished

I finally painted the chair and the cabinet. I choose a brown colour mixed with some black to get a more woody look. The dragons discovered the little house and decided that this would be their home. But they want a lot of other dragons to live with them so there is much to do for me. ;-)

Dragons....

I had so much fun today. I´ve been to Margriet and together with Hanny and Ineke we have made some dragons.

This is the result after a few hours wrestling with clay.

This is Hanny´s dragon. She is holding a little babymouse. Isn´t that cute??

This one belongs to Ineke. He has real spines on his back

Little cuty belongs to Margriet. When it was in the oven the black run out so she had to put another spine on.

This is mine. For a first dragon it´s oke. I don´t like the feet.

Later I made another one. A little babydragon. He´s almost 2 cm.

We also made some "bottles"  

Little Bear had a lot of fun with E-bear.
