Drawer is almost finished.

The drawer is almost finished. One layer of paint and handles will do the trick. The tabletatting on the drawer is made by Kootje. I´m not the doing crochet kind of type. :-)

Little handbag and other goodies

Yesterday I got a present from Jollie  A beautifull little bag. Lara liks the bag a lot. She earlier said that she could never have too much bags.

 Jollie also put in some great things too, like a doorhanger, some tools and a little bowl. Doesn´t it look great!?

You can see that Lara loves the bag.

Handy tools for Harrison. Lara always complains that he doesn´t much in and outside the house. Now he doesn´t have any excuses anymore.

Drawers in progress

Today I have been busy with my new project......drawers. Yes....from the same DIY leaflet wich I used to make the cabinet.

You can open the doors and you can take the shelfs in or out.

And this is how it looks in Harrisons livingroom. But maybe I will make it shabby and place it in my brocante house.

Look what I won......

....isn´t is beautifull. I´ve got the consolation prize of Maria Jose. Well it´s the Grand Prize for me. It´s a tiny little but beautifull cloth for on the table. And a cheese display wich also is very nice made. I´m very happy with my prizes. Thanks Maria Jose. I love it!!!

The tabletatting has a gorgeous lavender colour.

You would almost put your theeth in it.

This is the cabinet so far.

 I now have to look for some "glass" for the doors.



Waiting

While I´m waiting for the paint to dry (show case) I made a few little items. First a box for little Bear´s kitchen. And, you can find the workshop here, a system for hanging posters on the wall.
I´m still very busy with my cabinet. I only have to make door and then.....it is finished. I will keep you posted.

Show case in progress

What a beautifull weather we have today. Just the kind of weather that makes you want to mess around with some wood and glue to make a showcase. I have taken a picture from the DIY store and I hope that my cabinet will look the same when it is finished.

How do you like it so far.

Yesterday we didn´t have such lovely weather. Look at the size of the hailstones. They ruined my geraniums. :-(

Chair for little Bear

First I want to welcome my new followers. Hope you like my blog.

This morning Klara and I have been making chairs. Mine is for little Bear´s home. We had a lot of fun. She brought Menina and Menino so I could see them.

Elephant

My daughter has been to Ghana for a schoolproject. She had a great time. She also brought me a present. Three little elephants. One had the perfect size for the big house. Isn´t he cute?!
